Pars & Pilates is where women build the strength and confidence to take big swings — on the greens and in their lives.

What we do

Pars & Pilates blends Pilates‑inspired conditioning with professional golf instruction to help women move better, play better and feel more confident — on and off the course.

Each clinic includes:

• 30 minutes of Pilates‑based strength + mobility

• 30–60 minutes of golf instruction with a local golf pro

• A supportive, welcoming environment for women of all levels
