Private Sessions (1:1)

Personalized 55-minute sessions building strength, mobility, rotation, balance, and body awareness. Golf-specific conditioning included as needed. Train on professional STOTT PILATES® equipment including a Merrithew® Reformer with Vertical Frame, wall-mounted springboard, and mats — in a private, focused Ballard studio.

Duet Sessions (2 people)

Train with a friend or partner for shared accountability and balanced movement. 55-minute sessions tailored to both of you, with golf-specific conditioning included as needed.

Pars & Pilates Group Clinics

A Pilates-inspired group clinic experience for golf leagues, clubs, and women's groups. Each session blends accessible conditioning with golf instruction from a local pro. Perfect for all levels.

My Story

Hi, I'm Emily.

I'm a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor Trainer — certified in Intensive Reformer and Mat, with advanced training in Cadillac, Golf Conditioning, and Injuries & Special Populations — and the founder of CoreDrive Pilates, a private studio in Ballard.

After a career in strategic marketing, I shifted into wellness to help people feel strong, grounded, and confident at every life stage.

As an avid golfer and Board Member of the Ladies Golf League at Rainier Golf & Country Club, I found a way to bring my two passions together — and Pars & Pilates was born, a program designed to bring movement, golf instruction, and community to women everywhere.
